ChemProTools announces first in vivo imaging results
A first screening effort at the University of Antwerp has led to the identification of an activity-based probe that binds to a specific biomarker. This probe was further modified toward 4 singular activity-based probes; each directed towards a different research discipline such as fluorescence-driven small animal bio-imaging, histology, proteomics and PET imaging.
Clear visualization of protease activity in a tumor with a Cy5 labeled ChemProTools probe was obtained.
